This Privacy Policy applies to Tossly (available on Google Play Store as "Finger Chooser & Coin Flip App") by NextEra Apps Studio ("we", "our", "us").

We respect your privacy and explain below what data is used in the app.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect personal identifiers like your name, email, phone number, or contacts.

Permissions Used by the App

  • INTERNET — required for Firebase and PostHog analytics services.
  • VIBRATE — used for haptic/vibration feedback during app interactions.

The app does not request sensitive permissions such as contacts, location, camera, microphone, or read/write storage.

Local Data Stored on Your Device

Tossly stores some data locally on your device for app functionality, such as:

  • Custom team/player names you add
  • Selected players for team/random list features

This local data stays on your device unless you remove app data or uninstall the app.

Google Firebase

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to diagnose crashes. These services may automatically collect:

PostHog

We use PostHog to collect anonymised product analytics to understand which features are used and how often. PostHog does not receive your name, email, or any direct personal identifier. Data collected includes:

  • Anonymous session and usage patterns

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
